This employee tried to make me feel like a criminal for taking a picture plant. She opens the door with a “CAN I HELP YOU?” (Yes, all caps) I said “not really, I’m just taking a picture of a plant and I think I’ve got it handled”. She tells me “this is a bank and you can’t take pictures.” Lady, if i wanted to take surveillance of the bank I’d use smart glasses to walk right in and take all of the photos, interior exterior and you’d never know. Not helpful here. Didn’t want to accommodate. Can’t access my account despite depositing money. Now I am just going to have to deposit 400$ more to keep my minimum balance and avoid getting charged the monthly requirement. I can only use ATM, debit card, cash and not any online banking despite opening a digital account.

I went here to withdraw cash. There was no line when I came in, I thought great since the woman outside using the ATM was taking forever. Little did I know the teller doesn't know or want to do her job. She kept asking me to use the ATM outside. Then when I had a problem with my card she seemed exasperated and asked me to go outside to use the ATM again. When it came to doing the withdrawal she took a really long time even though I gave her the ATM card and my driver's license. All the while they have 7 people sitting around... read more
