Please read this review (long -sorry writing it on my phone after being mislead & dooped by this bank) because hopefully, you will not go to this bank after hearing my miserable experience with BMO for the past 4.5 months. BMO has fake gimmicks to get you in the door with false “coupon rewards” and absolute WORST customer service from Frances Maizland, the manager. My brother had issues with trying to cash a check from this bank. They stated that he needed two forms of ID, he has his Colorado identification card but he doesn't have a second form. Second forms that they do not include social security card, or a birth certificate. Which are all forms issued by our government.
