Not sure why this location has so many bad reviews! I’ve been with them since it was BOTW and stayed through the BMO switch, never had any problems and the new BMO team/app is great!
Just a really hostile and outright predatory bank. I switched to a credit union when they bought out Bank of the West and they are still fighting me about closing my account. They are your prototypical financial vampire and I wouldn't trust them with your money or your patronage.
Have been a customer of bank of the west/BMO for 6 years now. Hands down the best bank available.
I’m not sure if all of the negative reviews are from this location being Bank of the West or BMO but I’ve never had an issue. From going in to get a cashier’s check for the downpayment on my house, withdrawing money in person for buying a car and getting a new debit card when I had to close one for fraudulent activity, everyone working there has been polite, helped me in a timely manner and have taken great care of me every time. I’ll continue to return to this location without question.
Worst bank ever. They put a seven day hold on both cashiers checks and payroll checks. Which by Law have to be available. The next day employees are nice and helpful, but are hamstrung by the awful rules. They must go by.
