Just going to add to how crappy this bank is. Took a check in to cash with a verifiable funds number on the front and they refused to cash it and deposit will take days before it's available.... Yet I walked into Canvas with a friend that had an account and signed it over to him and OMG GUESS WHAT,,, they cashed it. Yet my own bank with my account wouldn't do jack to help me. Please read this review (long -sorry writing it on my phone after being mislead & dooped by this bank) because hopefully, you will not go to this bank after hearing my miserable experience with BMO for the past 4.5 months. BMO has fake gimmicks to get you in the door with false “coupon rewards” and absolute WORST customer service from Frances Maizland, the manager. She opened up a checking account for me on July 17th and promised me the voucher would work even after I explained to her and her helper Owen to switch my automat... read more
