This review is not for this specific bank, but for BMO as a whole. BMO makes it impossible to recover your account if you put in the wrong password too many times. They require you to give them details of the last transaction, even if the last transaction is an interest payment from them. There is no way for me to know that information, yet they're requiring me to provide that info in order to get access to the account. When I point this out, they just say that it's their policy. This bank sucks. They charge to cash their own checks. Cash their check at the nearby Walmart which is more that half off of what they'll charge at this dump.

I’ve never regretted joining a bank more than I have with BMO. 1 atm, 1 teller, they charge you if you want your funds immediately after doing a mobile deposit, a mobile deposit took 5 days to clear.
