Don't bank here I've had my account for a out 3 months deposited a check and I'm still waiting for my money there saying it'll take between 1.5 weeks and 2 weeks for me to get my money even tho I've met all requirements to not have to go thru this not to mention trying to call and inquire about why no one picks up the phone only robots

Terrible bank and terrible employees working there. Had identity theft, reported fraud but still will NOT close the account. Had proof of the fraud, multiple forms of ID, presented all the mail and the change of address they tried to do in Georgia. Still not good enough, instead Nathen Watson the “retail Relationship banker” treated us like the criminals that fraudulently opened the account. Nice staff. Won’t give me $100 in 1’s from my bank account since I’m not a business customer. Guess that makes the transition to another bank easier.
