I opened my bank account here, and although people seem to have various opinions, I personally have always felt that every staff member has been very courteous and efficient, especially since I am not very confident in English. Today, I had an issue with the PIN on the debit card that was reissued for me recently, and the staff kindly listened to my explanation and resolved the problem within just a few minutes. I’ve done both individual and business account here and Vincent helped me a lot. Vincent is super professional and knowledgeable on both individual, business, mortgage products of BMO, also knows well about their banks policy and practices. It is a very smooth process for me to make it there and every single step was considered well This branch is super close to companies,and I even spend 0 time to wait in line. All bankers are friendly. All process are fast and safe. Very good to let all you know.

I've been a customer of this bank since 2017 when I financed my last car. As i've done before, I parked here intending to grab a boba and then use the bank. i returned to my parked car and found this paper had been placed under my wiper after not even ten minutes of being parked in a row of empty spaces. I'll never come back to this location after this experience. Ever since BMO took over Bank of the West we've had nothing but issues. Skeleton staff, errors upon errors with documents, inability to receive updated statement balances, or proof of funds. Absolutely ridiculous.
