I've been a customer of this bank since 2017 when I financed my last car. As i've done before, I parked here intending to grab a boba and then use the bank. i returned to my parked car and found this paper had been placed under my wiper after not even ten minutes of being parked in a row of empty spaces. I'll never come back to this location after this experience. I get it if someone parks their car for hours or overnight but less than ten minutes when the row is empty is a serious problem, and on top of that there was an as... read more
Ever since BMO took over Bank of the West we've had nothing but issues. Skeleton staff, errors upon errors with documents, inability to receive updated statement balances, or proof of funds. Absolutely ridiculous.
I had the best experience banking at this location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Thank you Tiffany and the team!!!
