I love this bank. Just love it. Been banking here since 1997 and today have opened a savings account for my 13-year-old. They took the time to explain everything to him and made him feel like a valued customer.
This has to be one of the worst performing banks that I have come in contact with. The customer service manager (at least that's what she gave me) doesn't seem to be interested in retaining one of the bank's most loyal customers. I am in retail and have 2 boxes of coins that came from the bank. I simply need to deposit them into one of the three accounts I have (opened I believe in 1999) well, the coin machine is not operating. It has been inoperable for two, three maybe four weeks.
