RecommendedIncredible service for my business and personal banking
I just wanted to give a big shout out to Bank of the West Flower Mound and especially to @Chris Haverstick and his team. They are amazing to work with. They are great at answering questions and communicating through the process.
Alex, their branch manager at the location on Story and Irving Boulevard, needs to listen to what her customers are saying. She is not always right. I spoke to a really sweet lady named Gloria that works at the customer service line or maybe the bank in Grapevine. Gloria listens to people. I had to call three times to get somebody to call me back. That is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with at this bank. Most of their ATM's are always out of service.
