I've had great and friendly service at this location.
Been with this branch for over 8 years and it was wonderful, but the last year has been some of the worst teller customer service. Some major foul ups on my account, and non caring tellers. The switch from Bank of the West to BMO seems to have made it worse. If it wasn't for Anna, the manager, I'd go elsewhere for my banking.
After 20 years of banking here they pulled a fast one prior to the merger. Holding our small business hostage, and holding over 14,000k in funds till September 6th. Im done.
I Love this bank. They are friendly, helpful and professional. My daughter and I both have accounts there. When we opened our accounts the manager Parker Jewel was wonderful. He explained everything patiently and was nice enough to get me some water as I wasn't feeling well. I have had accounts for 2 years, I have never had a bad experience.
