Excellently well-run branch with friendly and personable manager and personnel. I highly recommend.
I usually come to this location since it’s closer to where I live and normally service is decent but today was very different the gentleman the teller that’s usually their is always super sweet but today we dealt mainly with yesenya I have to say she is very unprofessional, and rude it’s the first time I’ve had a bad experience here also not knowledgeable and not helpful I called a different location in downtown Salt Lake City 35 min from where I live and drove their and they were able to help with opening an account for a r... read more
Chase and Nicole are amazing. I was there before a flight and had to unfreeze an account they did pretty fast and I had a great experience. VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL
I've never had a worse banking experience. The day after I applied for an account online, their fraud department called me and had frozen the account. I also received an email that I had to take government issued photo ID, Social Security card, and a piece of mail confirming my address to my local branch. The next day I visited the closest branch and provided all documentation. They told me in 1-5 business days I would be contacted and the account would be unfrozen. The Sandy branch of BMO Bank is AMAZING! Their staff (Nicole and Isaiah) were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were flexible in helping me with my banking needs. I had an unfortunate situation with another bank (check didn't clear due to a complicated situation) and they were trying to close my account. To stop this process, I needed a custom letter from BMO bank to be faxed to my other Bank. Nicole quickly understood what was happening and helped me resolve the issue.
