Chase and Nicole are amazing. I was there before a flight and had to unfreeze an account they did pretty fast and I had a great experience. VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL
I've never had a worse banking experience. The day after I applied for an account online, their fraud department called me and had frozen the account. I also received an email that I had to take government issued photo ID, Social Security card, and a piece of mail confirming my address to my local branch. The Sandy branch of BMO Bank is AMAZING! Their staff (Nicole and Isaiah) were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were flexible in helping me with my banking needs. I had an unfortunate situation with another bank (check didn't clear due to a complicated situation) and they were trying to close my account. To stop this process, I needed a custom letter from BMO bank to be faxed to my other Bank. Nicole quickly understood what was happening and helped me resolve the issue. I've had this bank for 2 years now, since moving to BMO they've outsourced their call centers. The reps are rude, unhelpful and racist and it's disgusting. I will be closing down all my accounts this Friday. VERY ashamed of you for supporting such bad customer service. Rep I spoke to was Wei and Maria, between the two of them giggling on the phone talking about 'messing with the dumb american' Simply disgusting.
