BMO bank are THIEVES! On the 26th of January 2026 I sent a payment via the BMO app to pay $50,000 toward my RV loan. The next day I decided to pay my loan off and found out there is one BMO bank in my area. I stopped at my bank to get a $150K bank check on my way to the BMO local Branch. ON the 27th of January I got a bank check from my bank for $150,000 to take to the BMO branch to pay the RV loan off. I didn’t know the payoff so I knew I would right a smaller check. I have an account they are holding 836 for absolutely no reason and it keeps processing and processing in a forever process now it’s holding $1254 and no one seems to care that they have my money and that I’m gonna be homeless so I recommend never using this bank because they will take your money and not care

The worst ever bank to keep your money in. These are fraudsters. My DD got vanished and when I called them the told me that they don’t have my money. Now I have to call each and everyone from BMO to get my money back. A bunch of pathetic losers with the most pathetic customer service.
5 years I've come here before it was BMO and the 1 Sunday I decided to come deposit money my car almost got towed..... I wasn't even 2 minutes.... if I had waited 1 more minute they had left. Worst part was the LIE the guy told saying "we trued to wave you down" scummy tow service is going to cost a customer.... and I know they wouldnt lower my car once it was up....
