Sucks that this is an online bank now but so far I’ve had a pretty good experience with them. The staff always takes care of me. For anybody that says my review might be affiliated with the bank or whatever it’s not I get everybody has different experiences so before you judge a book by its cover, make sure you have your own experience first just saying🤣
Worst bank I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with good luck trying to close your account the reps will pocket your money. Will be calling the police.
I would recommend NOT going to this bank. They are scummy and will say anything to get out of a situation.
DO NOT PARK IN THIS LOT IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO THE BANK. It used to be a chill spot to park when the bank was not open, and now they tow your car to WVC within an hour and you have to pay $400.
Rude, unproffessional staff.
