Everytime I'm in there Joseph is very friendly and professional. It's a pleasure to go in there. All the staff really.
I would post a 0 if possible. This is the most incompetent bank I have ever dealt with. Over 45 minutes and 4 people to find out a random charged transaction that I was not parts of. This is just 1 of the many reasons for my dislike of this bank.
