Deposited a big check of 9k.. The teller which i think was new told me 7k would be available the next day and the rest another day after a small hold. Now all my money is on hold for 9 days. 9 days! A teller from this location was supposed to call me back.. never did. Now I can't get my money.. figure it out bmo.
If I could give 0 stars for a bank I would have. Never in my life has a bank ever given my family the ultimate run around. No call backs, no returned e-mails from bank managers. One bank manager was let go that we were working with directly, and this was never communicated with us until we walked in the bank and they said that he was no longer there. Ability to get a hold of the current bank manager is a joke. Try to go in since you cannot get a hold of her otherwise- then they said she’s not coming in until later. Come back... read more
We have done personal and business banking with BMO Westland (formerly Bank of the West) and we have always been pleased with the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone we have interacted with at this and other branches have been professional and always go the extra mile for us.
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly! I really liked them and they fixed my issue very quickly!
