We have done personal and business banking with BMO Westland (formerly Bank of the West) and we have always been pleased with the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone we have interacted with at this and other branches have been professional and always go the extra mile for us.
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly! I really liked them and they fixed my issue very quickly!
The worst place to bank! STAY AWAY FROM ALL BMO Banks
Avoid this bank at any cost! Their ATM took my card and they didn’t even bother to give an explanation or send a technician. Spent an hour with customer services, useless. The branch staff and manager were RUDE, just kept saying they cannot do anything. I called branch again and they just hang up on me. It would cause you a lot trouble banking with them and you will be treated UNFAIRLY.
Banks atm swallowed $340 and did not spit the money back out, we called customer service only to sit on the phone for 2 hours for them to file a claim! disgusting avoid this sorry excuse for a bank!
