Zero stars if I could. The app sucks, everyone is unhelpful. Doesn't matter how long you have been a customer, they will not work with u to improve your credit or get you a loan. I was a point away from a minimum score requirement on a loan application after years of work to build my credit and 10 plus years of banking here with positive history and they gave me no solutions. Stole $15,000. Beware. We tried to make a $15,000 payment to pay down a loan we have through BMO. It was rejected for some reason…. Ok fine. So far we are nearing 2 months and we still don’t have our $15,000 back.
Always have to wait for a very long time only to be told they can not help me. Today they said it would very hard for them to help us because there were only 2 tellers- we were the only customers in there. Not the first time they acted like I was inconsiderate for asking them to help me. Plus they don't even have lollipops.
The bank manager here was very helpful, compassionate, thorough, and supportive in helping my sister and I to set up her accounts so that she can better manage her finances after her divorce. Much appreciated!
I needed money for a birthday present, no tellers and 2 people in offices telling me they would be there in a minute. I finally had to go to the ATM which defeated the reason I went inside.
