Refuses to close dead moms account with my name on it and continues to send items through. SCAM!
Worse service I’ve ever experienced at a bank.
If I could give a negative 10 for a review I would!!! Absolute worst bank on the planet! My parents had an account with Bank of the West for decades! Including a safety deposit box. Last year I tried to close the safety deposit box on three different occasions most of which I waited a half hour to an hour just to be waited on! Only to find out that nobody in the bank on those particular days knew how to deal with safety deposit boxes! What? Seriously? I would not ever bank with this branch specifically this location. They let just anyone access your money and will not allow you to dispute Fraudulent charges. I believe this branch needs a major investigation.
Was looked up & down before being helped. Told the blonde b teller that I needed to replace my debit card. She said ok what do you want to do about that with a snark, 0 smile. Continued to be treated like trash. I said replace it? She said we'll, our debit card machine isn't working. Trash. Shocked that's customer service and can get legally paid for being so prejudice and abusive to clients for no reason.
