Started a checking account back in March and it has been a complete nightmare. The second day of having the account I noticed it was the wrong kind of checking account so I had to go back and get it handle. All the promotion promises I was told about hasn't been held and its very disappointing. I will be finding another bank. Very disappointed
Worst bank I've ever worked with. Online support is awful, you cant hear or understand them. Local bank staff keeps saying they have nothing they can do to help. They reserve double the cost for door dash and instacart all weekend and dont release it even though the transaction closed. Just the worst, maybe if they spent as much time on service as their commercials they wouldn't be the absolute worst.
Closing my account today. Over a month being locked out of my account. Their policies change depending on who is banking that day. Don't let these fraudsters handle your money
Nahu was absolutely amazing. Helped me with my first cashiers check and overall was a very wonderful presence to be around. Manages to not only be professional, but throw in a little fun along with a few jokes! We definitely need more people like him in these positions and in the world!
