When you’re on the phone for over two minutes and 37 seconds to finally get to talk to somebody in the Philippines instead of a Branch personnel this bank BMO is the worst thing ever for customer service
The Bankers were very helpful. Clean new bank. They froze my account after I made a 3000. Cashier check deposit from Ent. Also it was two weeks after I moved from Arizona. I COULD NOT GET ANY HELP FROM MY OLD BRANCH OR ANYONE ELSE. SO I drove up to the nearest location to my new address. Elizabeth, Colorado .Christine the teller was very professional and waited on the line with the fraud department but still could not get anywhere .
