SLOW and TERRIBLE service Today I went to this branch to open an account. The Bank Specialist her name is Ruth, I had a 2:00 PM appointment to open an account with Ruth, but she was not ready for 20 minutes till 2:20pm. Also she is terrible at opening accounts. If you want to spend whole day just to open one account then you should find Ruth, she is rude to me during the time. I will not ever have an account with BMO because of Ruth.
I would like to thank the entire team working at this bank. They are wonderful, responsive people who perform their duties to a high standard. January 6, 2026. Thanks.
