This bank provided me with misinformation for years which caused me to lose money. I was told if I go over 50 transactions a month I would be charged a service fee. After not using my card that is associated with bank of the west for months I noticed I was still getting service charges. When I called they said there was nothing they could do and they need to make money because of the pandemic. It's no wonder we are seeing less bank of the west and they're closing branches. One of their employees tried to fight me after he nearly hit me with his car. Not kidding. Quality personnel to say the least.

Sadly have to update, such a disappointing bank. Rude supervisor that overheard my conversation from his office with the teller, where I asked if I could have a couple of blank checks *to my own account* printed and he interupted to tell me they have to charge a fee. The Larkspur branch doesn't and I'm gladly going to do business with them from now on.
