Scam company. I opened an account and made a deposit from my external business account. @bmo_us closed my newly opened account and now saying they are holding my deposit for fraud and I have to prove I own the business. This was AFTER I verified my account. WHAT?
They charged me $10 just to close my account after 10 years. (After charging me 3x$10 via predatory fee structuring.) Good riddance, I hope this bank collapses first!
DONT use BMO they will hold checks for weeks and not give you the money
This morning, I received wonderful service. The tellers were patient thoughtful and very helpful.
I have used this bank and location for about five years. There have been many good changes. I love doing my appointments and questions with Yesenia Simental she is very friendly and knowledgeable .
