Been pretty good since they bought our bank of the West
Twice I attempted to cash a customers check.both times It was insinuated that the check was not legitimate. They even called my customer who verified the check is valid and for services. To accuse a customer of fraud while they provide all the proof requested is insane. I would recommend any other branch
If I could do no stars I would, left bank that is holding my money with out it cause after showing Jadira Vargas my Colorado state driver's license telling her account amount in each account and my address I still left with none of my $$$. The bank manager Cherly Burgess was also asking for more verification after all that. How much verification do you need. I left my phone in my other car cause I was rushing to get there before closing. I Feel like 3 verification should have been enough!!!! Come on Bmo do better. Never had ... read more
