Walk in, service was good. First time being, here.. A little difficult finding parking and also entrance of the bank.. a dental clinic in same building.
Went in to get a new card printed, 3 bankers there each did not want to print my card, each one asked the other to do it until I finally got impatient and asked one to just do it.
Total garbage the tellers are rude and unprofessional and they think they own the bank. Honestly go somewhere else or change banks completely. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 I WOULD
Told me at the counter my check wouldn’t be held as I deposited a cashiers check from my other bank. The check was held over the weekend with no available funds until Monday. I could have taken the cashiers check back to my old bank and gotten the cash but since the teller told me it wouldn’t be held I deposited it. Now I’m stuck for the whole weekend waiting for my money.
This is the most useless bank there can ever be. They're rude.
