Total garbage the tellers are rude and unprofessional and they think they own the bank. Honestly go somewhere else or change banks completely. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 I WOULD
Told me at the counter my check wouldn’t be held as I deposited a cashiers check from my other bank. The check was held over the weekend with no available funds until Monday. I could have taken the cashiers check back to my old bank and gotten the cash but since the teller told me it wouldn’t be held I deposited it. Now I’m stuck for the whole weekend waiting for my money.
This is the most useless bank there can ever be. They're rude.
I was refused today service despite having an account with them for 5+ years. Went to Stapleton branch after this location and was greeted and served with flying colors.
