Good customer service
Been waiting on a return call to find out why they have chosen to ignore California state law. Very unsupportive and has broken the law. would not recommend
Ohh feels so good!! I opened up a Bank of the West account in good faith. I deposited money even prior to receiving the card . But by the time I got my card I couldn't activate it because of the reason THERE WAS A NOTE ON MY ACCOUNT !! THAT NO ONE WORKING WITH THE BANK KNOWS HOW TO READ BECAUSE THEY COULDNT TELL ME???? over the phone. I know I have money waiting for me and that I needed to get verified at a branch level so they can combine my accounts . Ohh feels so good !
