I opened a new account last week and my Direct Deposit went thru last night.I called BMO and they said the funds were available. When I got to the bank the girl couldn't get help from the Mgr.so she called BMO.They said the Mgr. needed to override the transaction so it would go thru.The Mgr would not do so.She sat in her office the whole time picking her nails.I have come into this Branch before and she has been incredibly rude everytime.She couldn't figure out how to do a CD transaction so she told me to go to another bank.... read more

This bank is a bad place to deposit money my wife had her money saving her they stole her money my girl went to the bank to withdraw her money they didn't bother to answer her back she told the burbank police department dint care to investigate.this bank is not protected en is not safe bank of the west don't have cameras or security you deposit you're money her yore Going to loose you life savings en their are not responsible
Ive banked here for years and the only thing that annoys me is lack of saturday hours. Id be doing more business here but they arent open when I'm available.
Bank has gone down hill since BMO took over. My checking account was breached and no one has been able to resolve the issues. Avoid speaking to Employee by the name of Meri, Rudest person I've dealt !!!
