The phone system is terrible, I am very dissatisfied with customer service. I've been trying to set up my online banking for about 2 weeks now and keep running into problems. Anytime I call and ask to speak to a representative it automatically hangs up on me through the automated system with no voicemail. I am very seriously considering switching banks. I need easy access to my account info.
Worst bank in the area. Moving all my accounts from this sack of sh!t. Horrible service and can't get anything right.
Put a hold on a local check. Nothing but crooks in suits. I'd sooner bury my money in a mason jar before letting your bank handle it again.
I've never had any complaints until today when I was charged $31 to cancel an automatic withdrawal. I find this an unfair and outrageous charge. I don't recall ever being notified that there would be a charge to cancel an automatic withdrawal. Has anyone else had this experience? I'm beginning to feel like I'm being taken advantage of.
