I have been to the this band 4 times trying to sign a signature card for a Board I serve on! The one and only person who can handle this is always out. Today I had an appointment and .....................she was not in. Very poor customer service if you only have one person who can handle things. I sure hope the old gal doesn't quit er die on em.
