This bank is 100% the best! I’ve been told by other business colleagues that we don’t live in the real world in when it comes to small business banking. I’m thankful for the personal service they give and where you are always greeted with a warm welcome. The girls in Fillmore have the BEST service. They are always so welcoming and ready to help and always have such a great attitude! Thank you ladies!
Out of all the branches Ventura County, the Fillmore branch is my favorite. I enjoy the drive thru. It’s fast, easy, and they have great communication. I even got my college sister to get a free checking account here. They’re friendly and make banking easy. I’m also neurodivergent so it’s good when people are patient with me, like they do here at the Fillmore branch.
Customer service is great!! Always polite and very attentive.
