This bank is awful. If you dont deposit money before 12pm it wont show in your account till the fallowing day. I needed to deposit money because I had automatic bill but did after 12pm because I was at work. They din me with a $29 overdrawn fee even though I deposit money it wasn't in the system till the fallowing day. They close on Saturday and if you lose your card or get stolen,,,, you are screw they dont have a 24 hrs service. If you need to talk to a agent it has to be business hrs. it not worth having
Watch out for the Paypal/Bank of Sierra autopay scam. If you try to close your account with autopay without closing your Paypal these banks will make large sums of money from your account being routed to the wrong place. Watch out for Paypals definition of "Primary account". The Primary account is not the first account to be billed with Paypal. Paypal has their own definition of "Primary account" and Bank of the Sierra profits terribly from it. Look at Paypal/ebay ownership and microfinancing. This is a setup to leach people... read more
I absolutely hate coming to my bank on Mooney, the girls there are rude and stuck up.there's only one lady that treats me good she's the tall blonde. When I get the chance, I go to Tulare to do my banking business. I would get a new account somewhere else but I pay bills automatically thru my account so I'm pretty much stuck for another 6 months. If your not Wealthy don't go to the Mooney office,they judge you by their looks toward you. The Bank company itself is good though. Wish there was more then one office in Visalia.
