From a customer service standpoint...meh. I went in with a simple request. I asked if I may have two check registers. The teller asked if I had my card or an account. I said I dont have one. He told me to hold for a moment while he went to speak to his operations supervisor. He did and then went and got the registers I asked for. He said that they would do it as a courtesy this time...I'm thinking there wont be a next time. I was thinking, all that fuss for two check registers.
