We moved our business bank account over to this location. It took over 2 hours to open the account, and the accounts we requested to be opened were not opened, as well as multiple other little things that did not happen as promised. The website login requires us to reset our password more than 50% of the time, and the website portal itself looks like it was made in the early 2000s. Horrible bank for open business account, don’t come this bank anyone , they don’t show you any information about you need.
There was a bigger woman named Vitelia or something like that and she was awfully rude! I have never in my life experienced such unprofessional service from any bank worker in my 7 years with Bank of the Sierra. I am never going to go to this bank location for it was a terrible waste of my time. I am so mad and irritated… definitely made me have a hay day.
