Worse bank ever. Only one atm which hardly ever is in service. So you have to go inside because the lines for the drive up window are always long. Lines inside are long because they have 2 tellers working. Ridiculous

I absolutely hate coming to my bank on Mooney, the girls there are rude and stuck up.there's only one lady that treats me good she's the tall blonde. When I get the chance, I go to Tulare to do my banking business. I would get a new account somewhere else but I pay bills automatically thru my account so I'm pretty much stuck for another 6 months. If your not Wealthy don't go to the Mooney office,they judge you by their looks toward you. The Bank company itself is good though. Wish there was more then one office in Visalia.
