It was a fast process in and out
I wanted to open an account and was declined due to them opening a 2nd without my permission and over drafted both accounts clearing out all my money while I was unaware. Asked for reimbursement due to the fact that this was their mistake and they told me no. Don’t bank with them they will steal your money.
Came in for questions regarding the possibility of a new account. Cris, helped me a great deal with answering any and all of my questions with quick precision and digestible dialogue. She made my day and assured my worries were nonsense. Excellent customer service on the Bank’s behalf, as well as mine.
