Everyone friendly and the place has a pleasant aroma. Great free gift selection for new accounts. Even the branch manger said hello. A real pleasant experience.
This branch of this bank has low ratings for good reason. As I’m trying to sell my fifth wheel to one of its members, they would not let them wire me the money. They wouldn’t state it on the phone but it was obvious that they suspected fraud on my part. They made it to where there was no way for me to confirm that I wasn’t committing fraud. So instead of being able to wire me the money, we had to go through a whole three week process with mailing checks, depositing the check, and waiting for it to be lifted from hold.
