This branch of this bank has low ratings for good reason. As I’m trying to sell my fifth wheel to one of its members, they would not let them wire me the money. They wouldn’t state it on the phone but it was obvious that they suspected fraud on my part. They made it to where there was no way for me to confirm that I wasn’t committing fraud. So instead of being able to wire me the money, we had to go through a whole three week process with mailing checks, depositing the check, and waiting for it to be lifted from hold. This bank is terrible with customer relations. Been dealing with them for a long time and the one banker that I stayed for left a few years ago.. today I went to send a wire and got a teller that had no idea what she was doing. She had to ask and ask directions for other and had to wait for us to 5 minutes each time. Then she said wire was sent and it wasn't. I asked to close my account and had to see branch manager and she was very rude to me. Bank somewhere else!!!
