This has been my bank for well over a decade. The last two times I have gone through the drive-thru I have been treated poorly. I don't know if they don't care anymore or if they need retraining. But I am definitely considering taking my banking business elsewhere.
Great customer service. Zero abilities. Almost no functionality w other banks and financial institutions. No willingness to go the extra mile. Service w a smile. 🤪
