Huge shout out to Uni at the Fremont Drive branch in Cañon City. She is a total pro and made everything seamless for me. It’s employees like her that keep me coming back to Bank of the San Juans. Highly recommend asking for her if you want top-tier service!
We are from out of town and went to get smaller change and they asked if I had an account 🤣 Aren’t you a bank? Swipe your marker over the bill and make sure it’s not counterfeit and give me my change.
I deposited 700 cash and they put it in someone else's account. How does that happen when you have my driver's license in hand?! Ridiculous. No reason to stick with this bank.
This is an excellent branch! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I can count on them! They have really stepped up and starting doing more for the community, which is great, it shows they care! Sam, the manager, kudos to you for all that you do!
