Nice bank and the ladies that work their do a great job
They will change the wording of your agreement then not tell you about it, allow financial hardships to happen. Do nothing... then turn you into collections for something you didn't do to begin with. They allowed a car insurance company to take out a payment when no money existed in the account, 5 years PRIOR to this, they BLOCKED the same event from a different car insurance company that averted this same disaster then.
