Done.. It was bad enough that a bank manager told me she 'went to Wyoming to buy ammo now that the excise tax is here' .. knowing 1. I am a customer of hers and owned the business affected. 2. Outside Atm down, go inside no atm machine in bldg. Went to different atm , then was charged 4$ for the transaction.
