Contacted on July 2nd 2026 about business hours on July 3rd 2026, repeatedly was told by staff the bank would be open until 12pm in observance of Independence Day. When to the bank to find a sign posted saying it was closed in observance of July 3rd. Once my funds are withdrawn I will never utilize San Juan’s or any other Glacier Banking branch/institution.
I was using this Bank for my company account and also for a couple personal accounts and my company account got hacked and they stole a bunch of money out of my account and after two months went by of me calling and wondering where my money was at the manager of the bank told me to figure it out myself so I’m just letting everyone know not to bank at this bank because if you get hacked They do not care your money is not safe So I ended up calling another branch and talk to a really nice lady named Jackie,.
