I went to BOTR from Alaska buying a house in Michigan due to my residence in Montana it started off good but after closing my mortgage officer Bryan did me now favors and then a year later I called him due to a job change and being on a 2 week pay period it equals to just over 5 weeks with no check he said he would take care of it now at Christmas my next 3 pay checks plus more go to BOTR isn’t hold them or him responsible just my pocket book I will NEVER recommend them
We went to Bank of the Rockies for a mortgage loan. At first things went smoothly but days before closing our loan officer emailed saying the underwriters wanted more documentation. We ended up closing 3 weeks later! They sent us on a wild goose chase seeking documentation that never existed and we never provided them with any additional documentation.
