I personally do not recommend this bank, We have had several pain points regarding: - Their Online Platforms (mobile app) is constantly crashing - Lack of accessible customer service - lack of modern conveniences like tap to pay and larger credit card providers. - mailing issues and forgetfulness on shipping cards and checks. -unprofessionalism regarding editorial comments to my spouse on several occasions. - transferring funds without our permission and long wait times when closing accounts.
