I was never given any trouble. There is a modicum of expectations when depositing a check that it may take 1-3 business day for it to post on the account. I know better than to blame the teller for them to do their job.
Been with this bank for a couple of years..knew I should have left when I went in to deposit money and the next day it was not in my account. Had to go in the following day and they told me the teller just forgot to deposit it? Then just now we sold our house and I got charged an undeliverable mail fee. We had a forwarding mail address. Called in and was given the nastiest customer service and tone.. it’s the principle. I will be changing banks. Would not recommend this bank.
