Such a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout my entire visit. I had a large cash deposit that took a little extra time to sort through and verify, and they were so understanding and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. They even helped organize everything and gave me time to double-check my count before coming back to finish the deposit. I'm so diassapointed in Bank OZK. I've been with them since they came to Winder. Number 1 reason was that a human answered when I called. The Customer Service has been wonderful. Now they've changed to automated answering and after telling AI that I wanted to talk to someone in the Winder location I was transferred. It rang about 20 times and then started over with automated recording. Now they are like every other bank. :(
