When we had the account they wasn't very honest with us. So we decided to close the account off which they told us if we zeroed it out it would be canceled. I even asked twice. Come to find out 7 months later when my mom tried to transfer money to me accidentally sending it to that account that the account was negative 170 dollars when no payments was even made out of that account because we had everything transferred over to another bank.
