Sarah and Farah at the Auburn location are amazing. I went to another branch where I received less than stellar treatment, called the 800 number with no help, then called the Auburn Ga branch. They were more help over the phone than anyone else had been. They told me if I were willing to drive 2 hours they would take care of all of my issues and they did!!!
