ATM is horrible. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this same ATM, tried to take cash out of the ATM, it processed the transaction but doesn't dispense my money! Meanwhile it charges my account the fee and puts a hold on the money I tried to take out. It takes 1-2 business days for the transaction to credit my account. I have to go to a different ATM to get money out with no problem. Love love love this branch! Excellent service, friendly staff- everyone here knows me and my family by name! Efficient, flawless process every time! And convenient location ;) This is the best branch of this bank in my opinion. Other branches don't seem nearly as friendly and accomodating compared to this one.
