I routinely receive great service at Bank OZK Bremen, but today was something extra. Having wishfully convincing myself they closed at 4:30, I rolled up to the drive thru to find a smiling Meredith. I then realized I was 5 minutes late. I really needed to make a deposit, but told her I'd come back tomorrow. She wouldn't hear ot and insisted on taking care of me. Thank you, Meredith!!
I received a courtesy call from Nicole because I had some unusual activity on my account. She was extremely professional and kind. She was very knowledgeable answering several of my questions immediately. Bank Ozk is fortunate to have her on staff.
It's a bank. Not really much to say. Staff was very friendly
We deposit thousands of dollars each month and yearly, but this branch will not deposit/cash a $500 check. They know me. They have all my info and picture on their computer. Terrible. Do not bank here. On the bright side their branch in Buchanan is great. Treated like family there but Bremen? Like a stranger. Strange and frustrating as this isn’t the first time this has happened at the Bremen branch. Please call me if you work at the bank and are in charge of reviews. You have our number!
