Most professional and courteous.
I was trying to help a friend of mine that was going through a really hard time and she had had an account with this bank for several years the company that she had a car financed through and hit her account about three times within a week and she had a payment schedule that they were not supposed to do that we went in to talk to the VP at the Cornelia branch and showed him the payment schedule and we asked to dispute the charge on her account and he wants us to go see the people that finance the car I told him know that her... read more
This is actually a really underrated bank. They offer So much more than anyone else. And the service is hospitable. Lines are short.
