I've tried to visit this location several times but the drive thru attendant is always so rude and demands I come in. I broke my leg and that is not convenient for me so I'll go to the Freedom Pkwy location and have the lovely staff there help me.

When calling to ask about transactions that should've posted but never did and caused overdraft fees, I asked to speak to a manager. Was told he would return my call but it's been a week now and haven't heard anything from them. They obviously don't care about customer service or satisfaction. Honestly about to close all our accounts and move to a different bank. Not worth the headache. Save your time
