If I could leave no stars I would. Utter disrespect. They don't care about their OWN mistakes that they made and do nothing to make it better. I would save the trouble and go to a different bank. I've never seen such rude employees and unprofessional management. The manager refused to speak to us about a crucial problem within our account and proceeded to tell us it was our fault that THEIR employee set up our account wrong.
