When calling to ask about transactions that should've posted but never did and caused overdraft fees, I asked to speak to a manager. Was told he would return my call but it's been a week now and haven't heard anything from them. They obviously don't care about customer service or satisfaction. Honestly about to close all our accounts and move to a different bank. Not worth the headache. Save your time

I’ve banked with bank ozk for years, and this branch hands down has always been the best! They are always helpful & friendly and I couldn’t ask for a better bank. GREAT customer service 🙂
Who charges $250 for a lost safety deposit box key. Bank ozk. Apparently it’s their process. When regions charges $25 for one lost key, these guys charge $250. Just ridiculous. Closed out my account and will never go here. Just ridiculous
