I go up there just to exchange some coins I've had for years and not only am I looked at like some sort of sour lab specimen, the money is taken into the back only to be returned a few minutes later with a "you need an account" line. I think they took it back to look for any rare coins to keep and when they saw none they shoved me out. The sad part is I did it to see what kind of bank it is with the idea of opening an account.
