Absolutely amazing the effect a bank manager can have on an bank branch. Latoya Brown opened most of my accounts and all her staff treated my family as though we were important. Now Latoya is gone, the tellers are afraid to make decisions or make approvals without asking permission. Today the current manager, Tiffany Savage, refused to open an account as she needed specific documents. The documents she requested do not exist in the legal and banking world and therefore are not necessary. My favorite quote from her was, as sh... read more
