Always a pleasure, everyone is so nice
Trinal, Nathan and Kim are all amazing. Best customer service in town. Had major issues come up with suspicious activity on account and Trinal took her time and followed up, really helping to turn a stressful situation into great customer service. They really care and it shows. Excellent folks at this branch!
Although this facility has been under several different names , Bank OZK has been the most professionally run . I have numerous options as where I can bank , but this is my choice . One person in particular makes it a pleasure to do my business at this location . Thanks for all you and the staff do .
This location has excellent customer service! Kimberly, who works the drive thru, is always so friendly and helpful!
Always have been kind and honest considering of the customers and I would love to continue to be a member, Greatly thanks OZK
