I can't say enough about Nathan Pouncey at Bank OZK in Columbus, GA. He is always very helpful, compassionate and so very knowledgeable. He has helped me and guided me in the right direction when life pointed me on a different path. Nathan understood my loss and helped me through those scary financial decisions. This review is long overdue. I came to Nathan at Bank OZK at the saddest moment in my life, setting up my father's estate after his death, and creating a trust fund for my nephew. For over 2 years I have entered the bank to a friendly staff and Nathan guiding me in all things concerning my accounts. He always remembers me, my stories and my concerns. He helped me setting up my online needs and estate questions. I am so glad to have met Nathan and the helpful staff in Columbus, GA.
Kimberly was very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful with my needs.
