After 2 hours on hold, I finally call a branch manager directly, named "Shyan". He responds to my complaint by hanging up on me. I then call "Reggie" in Lewisville, and he states it is closing time and he will not discuss my problem, and hangs up. I will cash out the account today, and close on Monday. Sadly, I'm the wrong guy to screw with, so I will file a formal SEC complaint and request for audit this week. Should only cost about $2M. Good luck passing. Have a great day!
