The ladies at the bank are super nice and always help with any issue I may have
I went in inside the Rustburg branch this evening and the woman working the counter rudely walks out of the office around me sits down and without looking up disrespectful says “YES”! I just walked out! I would rather drive another 30 minutes to the Altavista branch and be treated respectful than deal with the Rustburg branch ever again
What this location lacks in square footage it makes up for with an inviting atmosphere and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Sarah and Brittany are wonderful! They offer a welcoming environment and excellent customer service. They both answer all questions (even if I have 100) with knowledgeable answers! I can stop by or call them and I will always get help. Thank you both for being amazing!
