After the hurricane, they stepped up in a big way by reaching out to Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, the condo I worked with, and helping us secure a loan quickly so we could start rebuilding while waiting on insurance. That support meant everything. Hands down the best bank I’ve ever worked with.
No complaints - EVER!
We did a lot of legwork to get a mortgage and was told that the money would arrive today. We drove an hour to sign the closing docs but the money never came-hoping for tomorrow
