No complaints - EVER!
We did a lot of legwork to get a mortgage and was told that the money would arrive today. We drove an hour to sign the closing docs but the money never came-hoping for tomorrow
We love Bank of the Islands! We use them for personal banking, and also collaborate with Bank of the Islands with our family-run real estate brokerage, McCallion & McCallion Realty. It helps that we're located right across the street, of course! We love the staff at Bank of the Islands... and the cookies they bring over to our office. :) You'll always get 5-star service at Bank of the Islands!
Customer service that is second to none. My family and I have been banking here for generations and I can't say enough about the friendly, helpful, and kind staff. This is what a community bank should feel like. No corporate hocus pocus. Truly a local bank run by locals.
