They locked .you card for absolutely no reason and I contacted them during hours and no one answered. Horrible bank dont use them
Great bank if you want everything screwed up. Your card to be locked when your out of town,Your account taken hostage and you enjoy enormous over draft fees. I'd rather entrust my money to a fifth grader with questionable math skills. The St. Mary's branch has zero personality and customer service is nonexistent. Used to be a great bank until Flint hills took over now its just tragic. Bank anywhere but here.
