Came for a transaction. Hispanic female at front desk stated my account balance out loud while other customers were in line behind me. I then asked for a loan pamphlet and she proceeded to tell me her opinion that I wouldn’t qualify for a loan because I have X amount in my account while other customers were behind me. She seemed to assume my life based off of the accounts. Consider banking with someone else or a different branch.
I have been a very happy customer for over twenty years. I have gotten hassle free loans , excellent and friendly service. Highly recommend
